DONALD J. SCARO, CLU^®

Don has 37 years of insurance and investment strategy experience in working with clients to help them meet their financial needs. Don is a Senior Agent with the Kansas City Business Center of the Principal Financial Group® and a Princor Registered Representative with Princor Financial Services Corporation. Having earned his Chartered Life Underwriter(CLU®) designation, he has continued to attend numerous business symposiums and retirement planning seminars. Don is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an organization that is recognized as a standard of excellence in the life insurance-based financial services business. He is an active member of the Kansas Life Underwriters Association and a Past President of the General Agents and Managers Association in Kansas City. He is a member of the Kiwanis and several local Chambers of Commerce. He enjoys his work as board member for Kansas City Transportation Association (KCTA) and as President of Business West. A resident of the Greater Kansas City Area for over 35 years, Don and his wife Jane are active in various civic activities in the community.

T C Kim

TC provides a broad range of experience as an owner of a small business in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. A unique characteristic of his experience is an engineering background and understanding of a critical thinking process. With over 17 years experience as a business owner, he has a broad range of proven results in project management, solving problems and possessing the entrepreneurial spirit akin to his clients.
T.C. has a proven track record of successfully overcoming many challenges in the financial services and insurance industry and a background that helps his clients by knowing what it takes to walk in their shoes. He has the tenacity to bring complex solutions to complex problems and find the proper fit for his client's needs.
He is actively involved in the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City. T.C. and his wife Shay are actively involved in their neighborhood homes association, Indian Creek Community Church and the busy lives of their 6 children

ANASTASIIA PAVLOVSKA

Anastasiia, a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional uses her experience as an Office Manager to assist Benefits Design Group in gearing their efforts to help our clients obtain what they need for protection and asset accumulation. She and her husband Sammy live in Lenexa, KS.

Gaila's 3 year employment at Benefits Design Group has given her a great insight for the needs of our clients and how she can best serve them. She resides in Raymore, MO.
